Street nameplates
New street nameplates have been designed for central Bristol, taking reference from the Bristol Legible City initiative. The new plates have a white background and retain the upper case lettering found on most traditional signs.
The font used is Bristol Transit, developed for Bristol Legible City, and the pedestrian sign lettering used the same colour palette. The street nameplates incorporate the postcode reference and the name of the neighbourhood.
